#Poem 122: What do I do when I miss you

What do I do when I miss you?

Look up for the long-faded love

In the pages of my old diary?

All the poems I wrote about you

Still feel like you.

Revisit the times of smiles shared

In the polaroids that I keep hidden?

They still smell like the scent

I bought for you.

Look at our messages and

Listen to your voice notes?

I still try to figure out what was left

Unsaid,

in between those little universes

When I miss you,

I remind myself that no matter

How much I long for you,

You’ll always be my Hiraeth,

A dream, that’s meant not to be

True.
